Ian Bell has worked in securitisation in various capacities since 1988, first as a lawyer and partner at Clifford Chance, then as general counsel and head of structured finance at Standard & Poor’s Europe and finally as CEO of PCS.

Michaëla Ulrici is managing partner at NautaDutilh. She is chair of our Financial Sector team. In addition, she co-chairs NautaDutilh's Dutch Structured Finance team, including Securitisation, Covered Bonds, mortgage investment structures and portfolio transfers.

Gerko Akse is based in Amsterdam and heads up the Structured Finance & Securitisation team of Ayvens, (previously LeasePlan). After starting his career in external audit with Deloitte, Gerko joined LeasePlan’s Group Audit in 2007. He moved to Structured Finance in 2016.

Boudewijn Dierick, Managing Director and country executive of auxmoney Investments, is leading the local team. He joined from BNP Paribas, where he was head of ABS markets in the Securitised Products Group based out of London. Before BNPP, Boudewijn was a director in the Securitisation team at UBS which he joined after working at Moody’s in Paris and at ING in Amsterdam, where he started his career. He is Chairman of the European Covered Bond Council (ECBC).

Reinier Dommerholt, appointed as Counsel at NautaDutilh in April 2022, specialises in banking and finance law and is a member of NautaDutilh's Structured Finance team. He focuses on structured finance, including securitisation, covered bonds and other asset based transactions and capital markets transactions, both in the public and private markets, and encompasses various asset types and structures.

Liza Gerritsen is associate partner at NautaDutilh's Structured Finance team. She specialises in structured finance, including securitisations, asset-based financing and whole loan sale transactions.

In Eelco's current role at EdgeConneX, he leads a global team responsible for debt raising activities and financial planning. Prior to this, Eelco held various leadership positions at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. where Eelco was involved in project finance, asset securitization, and restructuring. 

Harry Noutsos started working in securitisation in 2000 where, after working in research and structuring at CSFB, he took on responsibilities for modelling and structuring at Bank of America and Santander before taking the position Global Head of ABS for ING.

Meindert de Jong is a Director in the Credit Risk Sharing Team at PGGM, which since 2006 invests in credit risk sharing (“CRS”) / SRT transactions. His main responsibilities are managing, structuring and negotiating CRS transactions. Further, he has a specific focus on regulations, data and databases. Meindert holds Master’s degrees in Financial Economics and Commercial & Company Law from Erasmus University Rotterdam and is a CFA charterholder.

Dr. Georges Duponcheele is a Senior Credit Portfolio Manager at Great Lakes Insurance SE (part of Munich RE). He teaches the Securitisation module for the Executive Master in Asset Management from University Paris-Dauphine PSL and Ensae Paris in partnership with Lefebvre Dalloz, and co-chairs the Paris Europlace Securitisation Committee Experts Subgroup on Prudential Regulation.Georges has co-written with William Perraudin and others numerous papers on the Basel and European securitisation frameworks that have helped shape regulatory thinking, including “Maturity Effects in Securitisation Capital: Total Capital Levels and Dispersion Across Tranches” (2013), “How to Revive the European Securitisation Market: a Proposal for a European SSFA” (2014), “Impact of the SA Output Floor on the European Securitisation Market” (2022), “Rethinking the Securitisation Risk Weight Floor” (2024), “European Competitiveness and Securitisation Regulations” (2024). Currently, he is co-writing on how to calibrate securitisation capital rules, and on the evolution of the unfunded SRT market.
